Researcher / Senior Researcher within Somatic Embryogenesis

SweTree Technologies is looking for a Researcher / Senior Researcher with focus on process development within vegetative propagation through Somatic Embryogenesis for large-scale SE-based plant production.

This position will be a key-resource in SweTrees ongoing development of automated SE and new SE species, that SweTree is doing together with the leading Swedish forest companies, targeting the Swedish and the international market.

Your profile

We expect you to have a PhD in plant biology in combination with knowledge and experience of cell and tissue culture. Experience of somatic embryogenesis is extra valuable.

You must be able to independently plan, carry out and report your work with high efficiency and accuracy as well as act creative and agile in good collaboration together with your colleagues. You may be a relatively recent graduate, but work experience after a doctoral degree is an advantage.
